LORETO - A Fisherman's Paradise!
Loreto has long been considered one of the great fishing destinations
in Baja California. With 5 island in close proximity to Loreto, we're
fortunate to have great year-round fishing for incredible sport fish
- Tuna, Dorado, Yellowtail, Grouper, Sailfish, Marlin, Cabrilla, Roosterfish
- and more.
Torres Sportfishing is based in the small village of Juncalito,
located 24 kilometers south of Loreto (from Pto. Escondido, we're
4 kilometers north) and this puts us right in the middle of some of
the richest fishing waters in the world. 2001 saw some finest yellowfin
tuna fishing in the last forty years, and this year is shaping up
to be another phenomenal dorado season, We're seeing fish over 50
pounds - It's time to fish Loreto!
